Animo et Fide, which is Latin for ‘By Courage and Faith’, was the motto ofUnited States Army 1st Cavalry Regiment Unit Crest. The unit's special designation is “First Regiment of Dragoons” and was first organized in 1833.

It all began in 1894, when Heinrich and Wilhelm Hidebrand teamed up with Alois Wolfmüller to produce the first series production motorcycle, and the first to be called a motorcycle (German: Motorrad).

Our brand is a tribute to that golden period of engineering.
It is inspired by experimentation, creativity, courage and adventure. Values that are the symbol of the passion for the motorcycles.

I bought one of the "Hold Fast" cuffs for myself a short while ago and was very impressed with the quality and value. Recently, our family has been going through some tough times and I decided to buy a "Animo et Fide" cuff for my son to remind him that courage and faith will see him through. He loves the cuff and, although he doesn't wear it every day, he wears it on weekends and to his church youth group.
